The classes challenge your level, it’s fun, professionally taught by great coaches and then there’s a great coffee shop to relax in after. I go before work and it suits my day perfectly. If you have thought about trying it then go ahead. The members and staff are a friendly bunch. We take students in from a Oldham College and they are well looked after.”

“Best thing I have ever done joining OL1, the Forty 5 classes are the best. I joined in November 2022 and I have never looked back, I am the fittest I have ever been.
