What is Forty5?
Let’s start with the obvious. We know that for a lot of people with busy lives, an extra 15 minutes can make a huge difference in getting to where they need to be next, with this in mind our new fast-paced classes are 45mins long.
We understand that Crossfit can be intimidating for some potential members. And some people are put off by the technical barbell & gymnastic movements.
Forty5 is a fun high intensity functional full-body workout using KBs DB’s & bodyweight exercises.
Due to the simplicity of the exercises in the workouts, new members will not be required to do a foundations course prior to attending, therefore they can jump straight into class.
